WATERLOO (AP) - Two Waterloo teenagers have been accused of looting at some apartments that were evacuated because of flooding. Authorities say police, acting on a tip about a suspicious noise, found Darryel Schwarz Jr. and Erin Schmidt, both 17, in the lobby of the apartment building early Monday. More »
